The Ikan Panoramic Low Profile PoE Light is an extended soft panel LED designed for broadcast studios, podcast studios, conference rooms, classrooms, and any space where low ceiling clearance demands wider coverage without sacrificing light quality. Powered and DMX controlled through a single ethernet (RJ45) cable via PoE++, it installs cleanly into existing network infrastructure and integrates natively with ArtNet, sACN, and Q-SYS ecosystems via the Q-SYS Designer Plugin.

At 85W with high CRI LEDs and a 110-degree beam angle, the Panoramic Low Profile PoE Light produces a soft, wraparound light across a large area with minimal harsh shadows. Color temperature adjusts from 2700K to 6500K to suit any production environment. The sturdy yoke with tension knobs allows precise positioning at any angle, while the rear control knob and LED readout make it easy to dial in brightness, color temperature, and DMX channels on the fly. Built-in accessory clips on the four corners oof the fixture frame support mounting of standard light modifiers, such as barndoors and egg crates (barndoors and egg crates sold separately) and the baby 5/8″ and junior 1 1/8″ combo pin ensures compatibility with standard light stands. Power Over Ethernet PoE++

The LBX16-POE is powered using a single Ethernet cable (Cat6 RJ45 24AWG or better). This eliminates the necessity for additional wiring or power outlets, saving both time and reducing installation costs on obtaining permits or hiring electricians to install new ceiling outlets. The LBX16-POE supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 PoE++, ensuring efficient power delivery over the network.

ArtNet and sACN Compatibility

The LBX16-POE supports both ArtNet and sACN, two of the most widely used DMX over IP protocols, making it equally at home in broadcast facilities and corporate studio environments. By transmitting lighting control over standard ethernet infrastructure, it fits naturally into existing network setups without dedicated DMX cabling. That means easier installation, longer runs, and the ability to manage multiple fixtures from a single connection. And with PoE, power and control arrive through one RJ45 cable, keeping installations tidy and setup time short.

Q-SYS Designer Plugin Integration

Easily integrate Ikan Lyra PoE Lights into your Q-SYS ecosystem with the Q-SYS plugin, available in the Q-SYS Designer Asset Manager. This plugin allows users to control light intensity and color temperature for up to 256 lights per universe directly within Q-SYS Designer. Designed for streamlined workflows in spaces like conference rooms, the plugin eliminates the need for specialized lighting knowledge. With the press of a button, all lights can be set to optimal, pre-configured settings, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for any environment.
