On-site field support

Receive up to 3 days of training by an LG Field Engineer, plus an educational pre-installation webinar. A certified LG Pixel Surgeon will be on-site to repair any pixels damaged during installation.

**Pixel surgeon only applies for indoor installations with SMD pixel packages from 0.9mm to 3.9mm.

3 Years of LG TotalCare health checks

Annual on-site health check by an LG Pixel Surgeon, including pixel inspection and repair, system configuration and connection checks, plus expedited priority for any required RMA services.

Warranty service

3-year limited manufacturer warranty, with optional LG ExtendedCare coverage for up to 5 years.
