PTZOptics Power+Link Wireless PoE Demo | ISE 2026
At ISE 2026, PTZOptics introduced the Power+Link, a new wireless power and networking solution designed to simplify remote PTZ camera deployments. Produced by KITPlus, this video takes a closer look at how Power+Link enables flexible, cable-free workflows for live production and AV installations.
Power+Link is a compact wireless device that allows cameras to be powered remotely over Power over Ethernet using a V-mount battery. PTZOptics partnered with SmallRig to deliver a V-mount battery solution that connects directly to the Power+Link, providing up to six hours of runtime for cameras like the Move SE 1080p.
In addition to power, Power+Link offers Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, enabling reliable wireless connections to access points over distances of more than 100 yards. The solution works not only with PTZOptics cameras but is designed to support any PTZ camera, making it a versatile option for mobile production, temporary installs, and hard-to-reach locations.
When connected to the network, cameras can be controlled using the PTZOptics SuperJoy controller, which can manage multiple cameras across the PTZOptics ecosystem. During demonstrations, up to three cameras were successfully connected through a network switch or additional devices powered by the Power+Link.
The PTZOptics Power+Link is expected to be available globally around June, with additional details planned for NAB.
PTZOptics Voice Tracking Firmware Demo | ISE 2026
At ISE 2026, PTZOptics showcased a new voice-tracking feature introduced via a firmware update for the Move 4K and Link 4K cameras. Produced by KitPlus, this video highlights how audio-driven automation can simplify hands-free camera switching in conference rooms and live production environments.
The voice-tracking feature is built into the cameras and works with beam-forming microphones to create audio zones within a space. Based on where audio is detected, one or multiple PTZ cameras can automatically switch or recall presets, enabling intelligent, hands-free operation.
This system can support up to approximately 10 cameras, depending on the setup. For users with limited budgets, a single camera can be used with multiple presets to achieve similar results. No additional hardware from PTZOptics is required, as the voice-tracking functionality is embedded directly in the camera's firmware.
The solution integrates with vMix and OBS, or with hardware-based switching partners such as Eno Genie, which handles automatic camera switching. PTZOptics is also partnering with microphone manufacturers, including Audio-Technica, Shure, and Sennheiser, to ensure reliable audio tracking performance across a range of environments.
Online demonstrations are currently available through a partner called Nariva, with additional demos planned soon in collaboration with Audio-Technica and Sennheiser. This advancement is designed to make automated, hands-free camera control more accessible for modern conference rooms and collaboration spaces.
